1. Position: Monitoring & Reporting Officer

Reports to: Manager M&E and directly works with Project Manager

Computer Literacy: Literate in MS Office (MS Work, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)

Language: Fluent inUrdu&/or Sindhi with strong communication skills in English language

Duty Station: Jati District Sujawal

Job Status: Full time

Duration: Three Years (initially on probation)

Experience: Three Years minimum

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or relevant disciplines

Responsibilities:

* Assist the M&E Manager in the development of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework, including toolkits, performance indicators and benchmarks for programmatic aspects and ensure transparency, learning and accountability in compliance with organization’s overall strategic directions; and donor requirements.

* Develop the M& E data base for the project

* Retrieve the data from data base as and when required by the Project Manager

* To support in all aspects of monitoring, reporting, and information management

* Undertake regular monitoring visits to project area; submit regular monitoring reports, progress, and shortfalls.

* Work closely with the project team and coordinate/harmonize the data collection by the project staff and databases for on-going and upcoming projects/programs

* Develop and Maintain an improved record keeping system to ensure that project’s programmatic progress is checked & reported on periodic basis against timelines for activities

* Carrying out periodic evaluations,

* Documentations of project activities, case studies lessons learnt and compiling the reports for these activities

* Facilitate external consultant for final evaluation

* Conduct impact assessment and prepare good practices document

* Prepare monthly, quarterly monitoring reports

* Prepare activity, monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports.

* Prepare the project communication materials as and when required and guided by the project manager
